In Riverview the schooling will be public, but to further socialization children and teens will stay in houses. Each house will depend on the traits your sims possesses.
Artemis is a house for those who feel close to nature. They will possess traits such as Eco-Friendly, Vegetarian, Loves The Outdoors, Angler and Green Thumb.
Aphrodite is a house for the sims that are strong of heart, these sims will possess traits such as Nurturing, Family Oriented, Hopeless Romantic, Good and Artistic.
Hades is for those who seek power and don't mind who they walk over to get it. These sims will possess traits such as Mean Spirited, Evil, Rebellious, Dislikes Children and Insane.
Athena is a house for those who are strong of the mind, these sims may be socially awkward, but are the most intelligent around. These sims will possess traits such as Genius, Loner, Shy, Handy and Workaholic.
Zeus is a house for those who are born leaders. These sims will possess traits such as Brave, Friendly, Charismatic, Lucky and Ambitious.
